OUR PRIMARY FOCUS IN DUBAI
Our focus at MenaQuest Consulting is to create a platform connecting Asia, Europe and the MENA markets. Centrally located in the UAE, we support businesses that wish to enter the MENA region but lack the required information on the legal, operational, and practical processes of doing so. Our knowledge, experience, and extensive networks provide the assistance needed, while saving companies a lot of time and hassle.
MenaQuest also supports its clients that are looking to establish a regional footprint in the UAE. We solidify their operations, helping them with the incorporation of their companies, arranging a local sponsor, setting up offices, trade license formalities, vetting trade partners, alliance building, and trade representation. Logistics and relocation support is provided, if needed. We also arrange meetings with business groups, trade houses, distributors, banks, industry contacts and government officials. Our strong network of law firms offer legal advice wherever required.
Our consultancy services revolve around business, financial and investment areas. We provide strategic consultancy by evaluating projects and their feasibility in light of our client’s strategic and tactical objectives.
After assessing their business plans, we carry out feasibility studies on their business model, while conducting relevant market research to substantiate their investments in projects across the MENA region. Depending on the project, we may also be able to support a portion of the investment required through our network of NBFC’s, investment houses, business groups, private equity groups, strategic investors and select family offices.
REPRESENTATION
Another strategic contribution is our ability to provide clients with an in-country corporate representation without the cost of setting up an overseas office. The shared operational expenses result in a cost-efficient and flexible value proposition. These representatives are employees of MenaQuest’s, thereby freeing the clients from the legal obligations, financial commitments and risks associated with directly hiring foreign nationals. Our solutions help clients in relocating their business in part or wholly to the MENA region, typically in cost- effective locations.
Our eventual goal is to help serious businesses by easing market entry and opening doors of opportunity for investment and trade.
